They were super friendly, easy to work with. Especially since I was an out of state buyer! It was a simple smooth transaction. Only complaint I would have which isn’t too bad was the truck needed a good detailing and needed gas. I was driving the truck back to California wanted to hit the road asap. Besides those two small details they were great.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from Carrollton Motors, and the entire process was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the dealership's atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. We had come to see a 2010 RX 350. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we stepped into their sales office. When I asked about the SUV Umair was upfront about the car's history. This level of honesty instilled confidence and I felt reassured that I was making an informed choice. All the time we felt like a valued customer. We were handed the keys and Umair suggested taking our time and thoroughly look it over. At no time was anyone hanging over our shoulder, we were free to look and discuss the car among ourselves. After looking it over we confirmed we'd like a test ride. Umair suggested a route so we could experience how it felt at city and highway speeds. Unlike several test rides we had done earlier in our search I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't insist on riding along. After our favorable test drive we returned and said we were seriously interested and would like to have a mechanic check over it. They encouraged the inspection commenting not to be surprised if something came up due to the high mileage. After our buying experience I am convinced this was both because an older used car sale is an "as is" and to keep our expectations in check again due to the age and mileage. It was not to hide or avoid any responsibility on their part. We found a local shop to look it over but we were told it might take a while due to their current jobs. Again Carrollton Motors was cooperative. It took hours longer than originally forecast to get us in the shop and when they finished it was almost closing time. I did let them know once an hour we were still waiting to get in the shop at no time was there pressure about getting back to the lot. After the shop looked at it I called and said we were on our way back and wanted to purchase it. When we returned just before closing we realized we did not have any checks because we have become so used to electronic payments. They were willing to try just about every method so that we could leave that evening with the SUV. Unfortunately either the amount was too high or there was a problem with my bank we were only able to send a percentage of the price as a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could wait until the bank reopened. Upon returning the next day they had already completed the paperwork, there were no hidden fees or surprises, making the entire transaction straightforward and stress-free.The car was handed over to me in great condition. The dealership takes pride in delivering quality used cars to its customers. In minutes I was out the door and on the highway. Carrollton Motors will be my first choice when looking to buy another used car even though it is almost a four hour drive from where we live.

I don't do the "car sales" thing well. Told them that in the beginning and never had an issue. Friendly folks but not pushy or aggressive at all. Great deal on a truck I was looking for! You want to avoid high pressure dealership lots? Try these folks. Easy purchase, not typical car lot games at all. Ed helped when I wanted help, let us look and drive without bothering us at all. Couldn't be happier that I stopped at this lot!

Carrollton Motors went above and beyond to make sure my family found the perfect car. They were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The staff was warm and welcoming and made my family feel right at home and comfortable. We did not feel the usual dealership “hassle” and were in and out quickly. They knew what we wanted and delivered. We could not be happier with our car purchase. We will continue to use Carrollton Motors for all of our car needs in the future. We love our Infiniti QX60! I actually drove here from a good distance away to see my last option out of a nearly four day search for a good replacement for my old 2002. I am SO glad to have taken the effort because in the end they had the perfect car for me. Not only that but they gave me a great price for my trade-in, which I really appreciate because I honestly did everything I could to make sure it ran as good as it can. The car I took home with me was very well cared for, very clean inside and out, runs smoothly, and they even offered the first tank on the house since my trade-in was on full. Very kind people, easy to talk to, and worked with me and my dad to get me going home with it. I'm a very anxious person, so I geuinely appreciated their personable attitude, openness, and even jokes here and there. Love these guys, best experience I've had with a dealer. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get to this review!
